Before the oven
We will make a gargoyle, using clay. The 2 functions of the gargoyle are:
-To protect the building from rainwater.
-To protect the building from evil.
Our gargoyle/monster must be: scary, strong, have an opening for the water and must be hallow. Do not use too small pieces. Connect properly and add carvings.
I found it really difficult to make my own clay sculpture, because when I wanted to connect two pieces of clay it took very long.
I used a wire loop modelling tool and a wooden modelling tool.

After painting, before the oven
I really liked to paint my gargoyle, but it took a lot of time

After the oven
I really like the colours. That's the reason why I'm happy with my end result.
